Author Biography

John Ajvide Lindqvist was born and raised in Blackeberg, outside Stockholm. Before becoming a writer, he was a stand-up comedian and came second in the Nordic card-trick championships. His first novel, Let The Right One In, was an international success and was adapted for feature films in Sweden and the United States. His second and third novels, Handling the Undead and Harbour, were released in 2010 to critical and popular acclaim.
